This was my first time renting an RV for a road trip, and Phil was an awesome host! The RV was incredibly clean. Phil took the time to show me all the steps for dumping the tanks and gave a quick, thorough introduction to everything. On top of that, Phil is a very reliable and committed host who answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Phillip answered any questions or concerns very quickly. The RV was super clean and ran perfectly! Would definitely book the RV again for our roadtrips! Also the AC worked great in the heatwave we had! Highly recommend.

Ants and a “finicky” fridge that did not work for us. Had to cut our trip short once my daughter saw the ants in her medicine. Of course we made the best of it but definitely a horrible experience — we would never rent from outdoorsy again! Also, never got an in person tutorial on how the RV operates (watching it online at your computer is way way different than being out in the wild hoping to do it all yourself and not damage anything by accident). We did not enjoy this experience!!

Again, I'm very sorry your experience did not meet your expectations.
All of my RVs are treated for pests, but unfortunately ants can occasionally become part of the camping experience despite preventative measures.
During your trip, the refrigerator thermistor unexpectedly failed, causing the freezer to cool while the refrigerator compartment did not. I understand how frustrating that was. I offered a partial refund for the inconvenience, and the thermistor has since been replaced.
I did my best to assist you throughout your trip. Many guests appreciate the customized video walkthrough because they can pause and rewatch sections as needed instead of relying on a single live orientation.
I wish you and your family all the best and hope your future camping trips are filled with great memories.

My wife and three kids booked Phil’s travel trailer because we wanted to try something different for my son’s football tournament, and we’re so glad we did! The RV had everything we needed and turned our trip into a fun and unique adventure for the whole family.
