Wasn’t going to review. I wouldn’t want another family to go through what we went through .This RV is not newly renovated. We received the RV extremely dirty. It took us 3 hours to clean. Top bunk slats are broken. Top bunk window curtains are dry and brittle, very dusty. There isn’t a ladder. Outlets blew out while plugged into RV park and breakers were fine. The sofa is very uncomfortable and dirty. The generator only works after you’ve been driving for 4+ hours. We sat in 92 degrees. Host offers a jump cable that does not work. Host offers a video on how to jump start the generator but not on the actual Mini. Bedroom shade is broken. Slept with a shade on the mattress. TV is too low near the mattress so you will kick it. Emergency exit is blocked by a shade that’s attached to the window. There is no view from any of the large windows due to attached shades. The septic smells. Leak under bathroom sink. We put in 4 quarts of oil. Shower is very tiny, peeling wall paper, shower head droops. Very annoying. Broken bathroom handle. Broken toilet paper holder. Driver does not have a head rest or substantial cup holder. Extremely Hot front seats even with AC on. Gas guzzler. Temperamental gas cap. Host offers old dusty padding for pull out sofa. House battery reads full but generator will not turn on.

Noreen, I’m sorry you had a bad experience. I did my best to help during your trip, and I’d like to clarify a few things for future renters: The RV was fully renovated 4 months prior—photos reflect this. It's professionally cleaned after each use. The slats weren’t broken; they’re removable by design. You tripped the outlet using a blow dryer—an easy GFCI reset. The generator worked fine upon return. The window shade was intact when you left, but broken when returned. No leak was found under the sink. Many complaints were about manufacturer design, not rental condition. I still gave a refund because I felt bad about your experience. I work hard to support every renter—please read other honest reviews.

We had a great time renting Phil's RV to tailgate the Eagles game!
The setup was perfect for getting hyped for the game. Phil went above and beyond to get the generator fired up —huge thanks to him for making it all smooth.
The game was unforgettable-the Eagles clinched the NFC
Championship and are heading to the Super Bowl! The RV made the experience even better, giving us the perfect spot to celebrate before and after the game. Go Birds!

Phil was an amazing host! As a first-time RV renter, I was a little nervous, but his helpful video gave me peace of mind. The RV had everything me and my daughters needed, and it was super easy to drive, which was a huge relief. We had a great time on our trip and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will definitely be renting again! Thanks, Phil! 5 stars!

Our adventure in the RV was great and we wanted for nothing! Phil is great explaining everything and is only a text message away for any trouble shooting. This is only my 2nd outdoorsy rental and this experience was fabulous. Phil easy going and provides great service and support!

This was our first time renting and camping in an RV, and I have to say, Phillip was an excellent host. In addition to answering all of our novice questions, he made helpful suggestions. He was highly accessible.

Phil (host) was very friendly, honest, and enjoyable to work with... Very helpful too! We had a bad experience prior to this rental with other hosts canceling our reservation, but Phil assured me this wouldn't happen with him, and I trusted him. I'm glad I did—great experience. My daughter, son, and I went to a music festival, had a great time, and made unforgettable memories. The camper exceeded our expectations! Very clean and easy to drive.
Highly recommend—five stars! ⭐️
