We attempted to contact Anton multiple times to gather information regarding the desired delivery location & did not hear back from the renter. An unavoidable work obligation arose that would make us to able to make the delivery if and only if we were able to book the same camping location additional time outside of the renter's requested trip dates. Over the span of 5 days, we offered solutions to maintain the rental but were met with no reply; we believed the best course of action would be to cancel the booking as we would no longer be able to deliver on the requested date.
