Unfortunately, the RV lights, water pump etc didn’t work while connected to a generator; the battery didn’t appear to charge either while connected to the generator we brought or while driving connected to the vehicle. Throughout the trip less and less of the electrical worked ending up with no lights, power for the pump, or AC. We prepaid the $75 for propane but didn’t use any of it due to the hot water not working and was never reimbursed. The trailer itself was good, although a lot of broken windows and blinds. Cleanliness was ok but not what we’ve been used to while renting in the past. Host communicate well but didn’t have any solutions for us while we were camping and trying to figure out how to fix the issues. Overall it wasn’t the best experience.

Trailer was as advertised and clean; everything worked. Shahbaz was very accommodating. There was some confusion about pickup location; might be good to clarify RV corral pickup in listing.

The host was very communicative and respectful. The trailer was set up and ready for us to move in upon arrival! It had plenty of room for us to play games, relax, and store food and luggage. We'll definitely rent through Outdoorsy and hopefully Shahbaz in the future!

Shahbaz was accommodating and great to deal with. The RV was exactly as advertised, clean and functional. Easy to tow and to set up. Would happily rent it again.
