Roadtrek is an excellent vehicle and everything was as described, worked well and functioned as expected. Most importantly, Robert was very upfront; when there were a few issues from previous renters Robert let me know beforehand. I appreciate dealing with an individual who I could trust and was straightforward, I value the honesty and integrity. He was also very responsive through process. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to reserve again.

I can't say enough good things about Robert. He sent load of instructions ahead of time with pictures and videos as well as hands on instructions upon arrival. He was also quick to reply with any questions throughout the trip at all given times of the day. He was top notch and would rent from him a million times over. Thanks again Robert!

Very comfortable and campervan ran well. Freeze stayed cold. Never ran out of power or water. Everything ran on propane, battery or diesel engine .

Bob provides a great RV van. It was everything we didn't know that we needed. Bob himself is very helpful and kind. Would go out of his way to check in on how things were going during the trip. I high recommend anyone who wants a van to go through Bob.

Fantastic experience all around from Bob the ultimate host and his well-equipped and easy to drive Road Trek coach. We rented Bob's road trek for an 8 day trip to three of the Mighty Five Utah National Parks. Bob was quick to respond to all of our questions and provided excellent support, We would definitely rent from Bob again.

Very disappointed on day before taking possession the owner cancelled the location due to a mechanical problem. Our vacations were not as we haven planned.

Unfortunately, the customer immediately prior to your reservation encountered an issue with the RV, which required dealership repair service. As a result, the Roadtrek was not available for your start date. I apologize for canceling your reservation, but I had no alternative.

I sincerely apologize for the disruption caused by unforeseen mechanical issues during your trip. I understand that this inconvenience caused you hardship. I take great pride in providing a high-quality experience by regularly maintaining my RV through Mercedes Dealer maintenance and RV Dealership maintenance. However, sometimes unexpected circumstances arise beyond my control.

Bob was very helpful and responsive. The van worked out perfect for our week road trip in Northern Arizona. Only feedback would be to replace towels.

Imagine going into a restaurant and everything is just the way you want it. The meal is outstanding, and the service is just the right balance of quick to respond to any request, without bothering you every minute.
