While we enjoyed our trip and made some great memories, the rental process itself was frustrating. Communication with the host was often delayed, and neither pickup nor drop-off was handled in person — something I wasn’t told until I had already arrived at her property. With no one there to walk us through the setup or help load the trailer, we had to figure everything out ourselves, which took over an hour and started the trip off on a stressful note.

Great communication and coordination with Danielle prior to our arrival, and during our trip if we had questions/concerns. Danielle delivered and set up the RV at our site which was great!
