The RV is an older model but everything works and is reliable. The bed was very comfortable. We had a great 16 day trip through OR and WA. They responded to my questions quickly on the first few days of our trip.

This was a very disappointing rental offering. The pictures are not at all accurate on the website. The inside is very beat up, the awning is not allowed to be used because it was completely ripped up, the kitchen cabinets smelled like rat urine due to prior infestation, the stabilizing jacks did not work and there was mold surrounding area under steering column. The amount that we were charged for the rental was outrageous. Very disappointing in Outdoorsy for not taking care of its customers after reporting these issues.

I'm sorry you were disappointed, but your review doesn't match what happened. If you had any issues, you should have contacted me during the trip so I could help. Instead, they were reported only after the rental ended. After the RV was returned, we found a leak under the sink that had not been reported. I could have filed a damage claim but chose not to. Before your trip, I clearly told you not to use the awning because it had been repaired and could be damaged by wind. You also asked to extend your rental, which doesn't match the experience described in your review. I always do my best to help my guests, but I can only resolve issues that are reported during the trip.

We took this motorhome to a state park for 5 nights, and it was perfect! Everything worked properly, I can’t think of anything that was broken or unusable. The rear-view camera connection was very in and out though. It was nice and clean when we picked it up, and they answered all our questions. We ended up getting a flat tire on the boat trailer we were hauling, making us super late to return the motorhome on the last day. Diyar was very responsive and understanding, and we were so appreciative! All around great value motorhome :)

Older RV, so there was some wear and tear. Well stocked with basics. Comfortably fit family of 5. Great communication and flexibility from host.

Overall the RV worked well and no issues, except for the shower which didn’t work. There were paper plates, paper cups and plastic cutlery which were ok but no knives for cutting anything. There was also a mouse living in the RV.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the shower didn’t meet your expectations. I do want to clarify that the RV was professionally cleaned and in excellent condition before your trip. It was returned with food and trash throughout the RV, the kitchen sink clogged, and in a condition that required extensive cleaning. There were also no signs of a mouse before your rental, and this issue only appeared after the RV was returned. I also provided complimentary paper plates, cups, and utensils at no extra charge. Despite the condition the RV was returned in, I still chose to leave you a 5-star review so it wouldn’t affect your ability to rent from other hosts. I wish you all the best

It’s an older RV, but priced lower than most newer RVs so it was priced right. We had no problems driving it.

Host was great. All of the important things worked well. Generator, a/c, pump toilet etc. the vehicle ran well and they had various utensils that were nice. The only thing is that it should be noted that for its age it is fairly worn inside. Aside from that happy with our hosts and the performance of the motor home.

Communication was a little challenging but otherwise Ali and Diyar were very easy to work with and their RV was in great shape at a great price and close to our home for pick up. We had a great trip!

the experience was great till i checked out. i was not expecting to pay for miles and the people who i rented from (were awesome by the way) also couldn’t fiqure out to change this
