Percy and Erika were quick to respond and very attentive. They delivered the trailer for us without any issues. They provided trash bags, hand and dish soap, disposable plates, cups and napkins which was appreciated. The cooking utensils were also a big plus. I appreciate that they included propane in the prep fee. Having the outdoor kitchen was also great. They were very accommodating for drop off and pick up. Only negative I can point out is that the master bed was a little too soft for my liking but overall not a big deal at all.
