Nicole went above and beyond to ensure that our rental experience was smooth and worry-free. She even helped us park the trailer in a very tight and tricky spot. We were very grateful. The mattresses on the bunks were pry the only let down. They were more like thin cushions and weren’t the most comfortable for us to sleep on. However, Nicole was kind enough to warn us about them in advance. They would pry be fine for kids or teens. That being said, we were still very pleased with Nicole and her Wolf Pup. Highly recommend!

Noelle’s rig was clean and exactly as advertised. We were very comfortable, and they were very flexible due to some inclement weather.
If we need extra space again, I will definitely contact Nicole.

Excellent experience with Nicole. Courteous and prompt. Perfect trailer for my needs.
Customers should, however, have the option to use their own insurance with proof. The insurance provided by Outdoorsy is expensive and not practical.
