The was the BEST rental experience. As a first RV renter, I wanted to make sure I was prepared. Heather was so responsive to any concern i had prior to the trip. I must have messaged her about 100 times. She never made me feel like I was bothering her or that my questions were too much. The set up was awesome, Lenny went over everything with us to make sure we knew how to properly care for the RV. I cant wait until the next festival in the area.

Communication was great! Helped us with everything we needed. Camper was clean and wonderful for our big family!

Absolutely perfect experience! We rented for a short weekend, but everything - communication, cleanliness, experience - was completely top notch. We had an issue with the water pump after delivery, and the owner came back to try to resolve it. When he was unable to do so, he had a mechanic stop by shortly thereafter who got the issue sorted quickly. There's no better representation of what you should expect than when something goes wrong, and this was a textbook example of how a wonderful host handles such an issue. Will absolutely rent again when we return to the area!
