We had a good experience. There were a few mechanical bumps related to the outside kitchen door not locking during travel and the awning being broken and unusable. Steph helped us and was timely in her responses.

Steph was very responsive and helpful. We opted for Steph to drop off and pick up the trailer. She set it all up for us, walked us through the operations. It was very well fit-out and had everything we needed. Great experience!

Steph was amazing to work with. She responded quickly and made the rental process easy peasy! Our group ended up renting her other trailer that saved the adventure. Delivery, set-up and Pick up was effortless on our part, she took care of everything. I would most definitely recommend her trailers and rent from her again! Thank you Steph for helping make our camping adventure extra special!

The experience from start to finish beat expectations. Steph was quick to respond, upfront with all aspects of the trailer, and there for any questions after the fact. The trailer pulled well and our family enjoyed the inside living with the outside amenities. If we go the trailer route again, we would look to rent from Steph again.

Steph was very friendly and quick to respond to messages. The trailer was nice, clean, and fully loaded with all the essential items needed for camping. We had a great time on our trip. We will be renting from her again.

Steph is amazingly competent and responsive - she answered all our many questions and gave us a thorough overview of how to set up/break down the trailer. Trailer itself was in great condition (despite the age) - clean and well cared for, and well stocked for those without camping kitchen basics. My kids loved it. Made a week in the woods much more civilized. Thanks again!

I would not rent again from Steph due to all the mechanical errors during our rental. Which were ultimately blamed on us or “dry camping”. We did not cause the battery to die, propane to be empty or the fuse to blow. Do not expect to be helped, if/when, you do have problems until her dad is available to help you. Rentals should be “park and play”. That was not in my case. It was park, work on your rental for hours and worry about for the rest of your trip. I hope others have better luck than I did.

Great trailer! We have 4 kids (7, 7, 9, 11) and this fit all of us perfectly. Very clean, owner was extremely communicative and helpful. Cannot recommend this enough!
