The RV was presented as advertised...we were definitely satisfied! Super clean! The owners were very attentive and responsive regarding my questions. Definitely look forward to renting from them in the future.

We had an amazing time, was our first time renting a Motorhome and we could have not chosen a better unit. We loved every moment of our trip and will definitely be renting it again.

Highly recommend using Katelyn and the team at Convenience RV in Wilis, TX. Although we ran into a few mechanical issues like the check engine, ABS and Service Trac Light being on, we still had an amazing experience with renting the 2024 Chateau 31EV. The RV can sleep up to 7 comfortably but technically you can pack up to 10 people if 2 sleep in the overhead and 2 sleep on both the dinette set and convertible couch. Katelyn. was responsive to my texts and pick up and drop off were easy easy!

My experience this year was absolutely fantastic! Last year, we rented from a different company, and it was a disaster. They were unresponsive, the RV arrived dirty, no one explained how to use it, and it was delivered without water—which we had to purchase ourselves. To make matters worse, they refused to refund our money.
This year, Andy and his team completely restored our faith in RV rentals. They were professional, responsive to every question, and delivered the RV on time. Everything was explained clearly, the RV was spotless, and the beds were already made—it truly felt like checking into a hotel for the weekend. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend them for future RV rentals.
