Chris was a good owner/host and was very responsive throughout the trip. We learned some functionality of this motor home together along with his mechanic which was a but surprising to us. The 2023 motor home had 20,000 miles on it and as such was exhibiting sign of wear and tear. The biggest issue we experienced was the compartment door on the water sewer compartment not latching properly which led to its opening while crossing a one lane bridge as we were leaving Yosemite on a California state hi-way. The door struck the bridge structure and was damaged. This will likely result in an $1500 deductible additional charge to us for what we felt was a maintenance related issue. The motor home also had a spark plug wire fail on our return home. We checked to ensure it was safe to drive at a Ford feeler and limped home on our final day. I also provided Chris with a list of 20 items at the conclusion of the trip on neededrepairs/adjustments to the motor home. He responded with thanks and follow up.

The RV overall was great. It handled well while driving and was comfortable even during long periods of driving. We traveled from Arizona to Montana and back and the van averaged about 15 mpg. There were windshield and window covers that allowed for total privacy in the van at night while camping. The space in the van was tight at times, but once we got a routine down for setup and breakdown, things went very smoothly. Connnecting to city water, electric, and sewer was very easy at the campgrounds. The water heater worked well after it had some time to run and made enough hot water for both of us to take a warm shower. The shower was nice to have, though it was a little bit of tight space and the curtain would stick to you which made it feel smaller. With the two burner gas stove and provided pot/pans/silverware/utensils, we were able to easily make a full meal each night for dinner. The fridge was large enough to hold everything we needed for 5 days worth of meals. There was a good amount of storage under on of the bench sides, though it would not be large enough to fit normal size carry-on luggage. There was also some overheard storage that was perfect for the non-refrigerated food/snacks, as well as some smaller items. You will want to bring a good tool kit for emergencies. We did experience a small water leak at the sink connection, likely from city water over pressure, but thanks to the tool kit we brought I was able to fix it. The van definitely met our needs during our trip and it was nice to always have a bathroom on the road if you needed it! Perfect vehicle to have while driving through Yellowstone.
Our host, Chris, from Scottsdale RV Life was great! He gave us his number and made himself available for any questions or issues that came up throughout our trip. Anytime we had anything pop up, Chris responded relatively quickly and did his best to help out how he could. We had anything pop unfortunate incident while driving back of a utility vehicle loosing a metal sign from the back of their truck right in front of us, causing us to have to run it over. We had to pull over due to the sign getting stuck and contacted Chris. Chris was great throughout the process from getting us connected to roadside service and dealing with the claim process afterwards. Luckily, there was no damage at the end of it all and we did not have to continue with the claim. I am confident if we did have to deal with the claim process, Chris would have been very helpful and great to work with throughout that.
I would highly recommend renting from Chris!

Overall a great trip. The RV met our needs and was a great place to retreat to after a long day. Chris was a GREAT host and answered all of our questions and was always available. I will definitely recommend renting from Chris!!

The ability to drive and park as you please was great. The ease of use for this camper was phenomenal! We really enjoyed the unlimited miles which allowed us to travel freely without the fear of more fees.

Our trip was amazing. As a first time renters an RV the rental the orientation how to use it made the trip as easy as being home. I created one of the most memorable trips for my family that we will always be able to cherish looking forward to renting again and creating more beautiful memories. Chris went above and beyond any expectations to make this trip smooth and memorable. Thank you again looking forward to doing business soon. I wish I could give 10 stars in a five star trip!!!!!!!!!!

Great experience! The rv was very clean and well maintained, they walked me through everything that was needed to know regarding the rv and were very thorough. They went above and beyond what you would expect. The process was very easy and rv drove great! 10/10 would recommend renting this rv or any of there others

Hate to give 5 stars because other renters will compete for future bookings but we couldn't ask for better service and equipment. Can't blame Chris for a furnace malfunction during our travel when he nor we checked the furnace on departure in 115+ degree Phoenix weather. Thanks, Chris.
