Ruben had great communication. He worked with me to establish the pick up and delivery times to meet my schedule. The trailer was prepped and ready. This was a great weekend for me and my son. Thanks for everything Ruben

Our RV worked well for us. The fridge and freezer did their job, generator also met all demands.
No kitchen supplies kinda sucked, having to bring all from home, but we survived.
Overall my conversations with the host Ruben were by email thru the Outdoorsy app.
Just a little disappointed that her sent his gf, along with young teen daughter and toddler to drop off and pick up.
Thankful I had my bf who knows how to set up and get around with a trailer and equipment.
