Ivan was a great host, super helpful and informative. Trailer worked great

Ivan was very professional and communicative with my questions and got back to me quickly with a response. The toyhauler is in immaculate condition, fresh clean linens, tanks were ready to go, water topped off, prechilled the fridge for us and all we had to do was load and go. When picking up the trailer he was thorough on how to use everything and answered additional questions . BONUS, I did not have a sway bar hitch and Ivan kindly let me borrow his which makes a huge difference while towing. Upon drop off He was very flexible and understanding with a time to meet. My family and I had everything we needed with this rental and will be coming back to Ivan in the future.
