My experience was terrible!!!!This is no longer about money. It is about fairness and honesty between one person and another. We spoke for nearly an hour on the phone, during which you asked me all the questions you needed in order to decide whether you were comfortable renting the RV to me or not. In that same spirit, it would have been fair and reasonable for you to say, there are several issues with the RV that I want you to be aware of before you decide, and then give me the choice to continue with the rental or not. At the very least, that would have prevented me from being surprised at the last moment.

I could not have had a better experience with Yamin. He was extremely helpful. This was a very last Minute trip for my son‘s 21st birthday that almost didn’t happen if we couldn’t find an RV the RV was in perfect condition very comfortable for our group very clean. I could not ask for a better experience.

It was a great trip with a great camper. This camper is great. Everything you need is there. Yamin is also a perfect host, he explains everything well, if there are questions during the trip he answers them really fast as well! We had a great trip!

Amazing trip with this RV! Yamin and Mason were very communicative and responsive to our needs and the camper was very clean. We had everything we needed and we made memories of a lifetime from Joshua Tree! Would highly recommend.

I had a great trip. Mason was very responsive before the trip to answer any questions I had. On the day I picked up the RV, he gave me a walk through to make sure I know how to operate the RV. It was clean and ready to go. The RV drove great and my wife and kids had a blast at Joshua Trees. I would definitely rent from Mason again.
