This was our first time renting an RV as well as using an RV. Darren was amazing. He had a very detailed checklist for the arrival setup and also the departure cleanup. I had to call him a few times about minor issues ( things we didn’t know how to operate) and he was very helpful in explaining and resolving the issues. We will definitely be renting from Darren again.
