Trailer and trip was good. Although I did drop off camper with AC cover missing and thats it. No I received calls that He made a claim that I brought back camper full of scratches on all sides amd top of camper. This is not true. I feel like im being taken advantage of. Here are pics of camper returned and during trip.

I was disappointed to see your 2-star review. The camper was returned with ~$10,000 in damage after being driven under a low clearance. The 11-foot tall camper had its AC unit ripped off and pushed through the roof, damaging the TPO roofing and underlayment. These damages are clearly documented. It is not possible to drive an 11 ft camper under a 10 ft clearance without knowing. The insurance you purchased is covering the repairs. I remained courteous throughout, even as you denied responsibility. I will ask Outdoorsy to remove the rating. Until then, this response serves as a factual record for future guests. The repairs have caused major downtime for my business and affected other renters. This incident was entirely preventable. Thank you for your for you attention to this matter.

Bryan was great to rent from and was extremely responsive to messages. He explained everything extremely well to a travel trailer "newbie" and made the processes go pretty darn smooth. Highly recommend!

Good trip. They accommodated us when we made a scheduling mistake. The propane tank was empty, and the heat didn't work even when we replaced the tank.

Heidi was a great camper for mine and my wife’s first camping experience together. The hosts were great, extremely accommodating and supplied the RV with essentials that I didn’t think to bring. Five star rating very deserved!

Trailer was well stocked with all the essentials. Bryan was friendly snd on time . The AC worked great and we definitely needed it in August in Texas .
