Water tank was practically empty and we were left without the ability to shower or flush the toilet. The side door was extremely difficult to open from outside and we regularly had to enter via the cab and open it from the inside.

Response was very fast and host is well organized. The van was fully stocked. Transaction was easy and quick.

We went on a short trip for 4 days with our little family (3 people). Bathroom is very small, though, but otherwise the Campervan was ideal. Everything nice and clean. Well maintained and in good condition. Communication was easy. In particular we were grateful about the flexibility with pick-up and drop off. Everything as described.

The van was mechanically very reliable and ran perfectly throughout our trip.
However, several essential items were missing, including camping chairs, kitchen utensils, dishcloths, dishes, and other basic cooking equipment.
We paid US$25 to rent pillows and blankets, but we only received three pillows and one blanket. There were no bed sheets provided.
The second mattress is made of two yoga mats stacked on top of each other, which is not comfortable at all.
The solar-powered cooler is very convenient and worked extremely well throughout the trip.
We discussed the missing equipment with the owner of the vehicle, and they said they plan to add the missing items in the future. It was quite disappointing to rent a camp-ready van only to find that most of the essential camping equipment was missing.

This was my family's first RV trip and everything went smoothly and we had a lot of fun. The RV was great for the four of us and the kids loved the experience. Qi was very friendly and flexible with dropoff and pickup. Thanks!

The host and the vehicle are both awesome. The van is pristine and very functional. Everything works as it should. Highly recommended.
