We had issues with this camper. The extension cord did not work. We had to pay $140 for an extension cord that would work to be able to properly sue the camper. The awning had wear and tear already. When returning the camper, the host's wife made a comment on how they need to replace the awning due to the hail damage. They filed a claim stating that we broke the awning while driving. We had the awning open for less than 6 hours. When my husband opened the camper and the awning once we got to our destination the awning was soaking wet. I would not recommend this host or camper as numerous things did not work. Thankfully my husband had experience with campers and he knew what we needed to buy or use to get it to work properly. Some other customers may not have the options to be able to do what we did. Once we called the host he just relayed us back to app and did not try to find a solution or speak to us about the damage before sending in a claim.

We very much enjoyed our trip with this trailer. The hosts were great people, very easy to work with and communicated well regarding everything. Would recommend this rental to anyone. We will contact them again when wanting to camp.
