At first she seemed nice and accommodating. We walked around the camper to check for previous damage, which there was a lot of. After returning with the camper 2 days later she walked around looking for damage and pointed out SEVERAL areas where there was previous damage that she pointed out during picked up and trying to say it wasn't there before. She found a scratch that was part of that previous damage. She then filed a claim saying that I caused it. The black water was also already 1/2 full and we used the sink and is now charging us to dispose of the black water that wasn't emptied by the previous renter. The inside countertop was damaged and glued back together. No hot water. All would have been fine is she didn't try to get free repairs filing a claim. Thank god I had pictures.

The RV was a great way to introduce us to the trailer camping lifestyle. Perfect size, easy to tow, and very stable on the road. Everything was clean and operational. Owner was flexible with pick-up and great to work with.

Echo was amazing. She was very responsive prior to the booking to answer questions and was flexible with pickup and drop off times. When we picked up the trailer, we didn't have the right ball hitch and she let us borrow hers. This obviously saved us from having to find a place to buy one. Altogether, she was knowledgable about her trailer and showed us everything we needed to know. I would highly recommend Echo as a host. Thank you for a great experience!
