"More than seven years ago, I acquired this van, embarking on a build-out a year later. As soon as the bed frame was complete, I moved in—and I've been living in and continuously refining this campervan for over six years now! It's been an incredible journey, a project poured over with love, sweat, and dedication. This van has been my home on wheels, taking me across Canada, including a year-long stay in Vancouver. Beyond the van, I'm deeply passionate about health and nutrition. I'm a self-proclaimed 'health fanatic' who loves cooking and savoring all types of food. My journey to a plant-based lifestyle began in early 2018 when I became strictly vegan, after years of being an on-and-off vegetarian. I'm thrilled to finally open up this unique experience to others. I can't wait for someone new to enjoy the luxury and freedom it offers. Ideally, that 'someone new' will be a fellow vegan friend!"
