Fred is a very amiable, experienced host. He makes the greet and pick-up and drop-off experience feel like you are meeting a good friend who is lending you his motor-home, which as it should, includes a good introduction to the rig.

I am leaving 5 stars because Fred from Triple A RV rental was amazing, he is always available, very helpul and patient I would definitely rent from him again. But I wouldn't advise renting the four winds magestic unless some work is put into it. The owner of that RV doesn't seem to have really prepared it for long term rental (some leaks, kinks and non working things). Thanfully Fred was there to save the day !

Do not, under any circumstances, rent from Fred. His RV didn't work and he was a nightmare to deal with the entire time. The Power steering and braking failed, solenoid broke (the valve that lets the fuel into the engine), battery died twice, and the engine turned off when the RV was in motion at low speeds. We sought money back for the 8 days the RV's poor performance cost us and Fred agreed to give us some. A couple days later, he sent us an email detailing all the charges he was claiming against us, the majority of which were unfair, embellished or made up. After hours of phone calls, emails, and working with an Outdoorsy arbitrator for 3 weeks, we finally got $1,200 back. Had Outdoorsy not stepped in, Fred wouldn't have given us more than $150. Fred is incredibly dishonest. I cannot advise anyone reading this enough - do not, under any circumstances, rent from Fred.

We were so fortunate to snag this unit last minute! Fred was so accommodating and flexible to work with. Motorhome is older but in good shape and was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and ready to go for our road trip! Renters were easy to contact and always available if I had any questions. Would highly recommend!

This was our first time in renting an RV and it was amazing. From the first contact with Fred and going through everything. Fred was just a call away. He made sure we knew how to operate everything before we left. He even asked the grandkids if they had any questions.
He made sure the RV was ready(just serviced)for our adventure with our grandkids. It being an older RV, it handled well on hills and highway, it didn’t let us down. The grandkids loved the adventure. There was everything we needed in the RV. We brought our food and Fred said he got the fridge cold for us. Fred was amazing from the start to the end. I have no problem in telling anyone to rent from him.

Fred is a superb person to work with. He patiently and carefully demonstrated everything for us as first time RV users. And everything was working when we left on our 3-4 day camping trip. Unfortunately, we ran into multiple problems with both the water system and the generator. This is an older vehicle and it is generally well maintained. But it did not perform well for us on this particular trip. We hoped for an "RV experience" and it ended up with it being more like a "tenting experience" with a nice bed.

Super rental experience with Fred. The Gulf is an old RV but it didn't let us down on our trip to Jasper and Banff, AB. We did have a little issue with the Fridge and the AC but Fred was able to troubleshoot for me over text and I was able to fix it. Fred also provided a thorough intro to the RV for us prior to our trip which helped a lot. Thanks Fred, we had a fantastic time!!

Fabulous experience from the get~go!
Fred was so accommodating, as well as his wife ensuring we had appropriate sheets towels etc. We just had a family vaca of a lifetime ! Like pressing the "Easy" button. 👌 Salute Fred & Outdoorsy! Thanks from the bottom of our 💕hearts.

The whole process of our rental was excellent. We were especially impressed with how Fred the owners, service. Right from the beginning he was quick to respond to every question we had. He was very helpful in dealing with our issues around insurance and went out of his way to provide alternatives. Once we arrived to pick up or unit he provided a comprehensive review of the RV making sure that we understood all of its features and even took us on a test drive to help us get comfortable driving the a bigger vehicle.
The RV while an older model was is perfect condition and everything worked perfectly.
I think the thing I liked the best was that I knew I could call or contact Fred at anytime if I had a problem and it would be taken care of. Highly recommend rentals from Triple A RV Rentals.

Fred was great to deal with. He was very helpful in every aspect and made himself available, even while we were on our trip, to answer questions. Great personality and sense of humor.
The RV ran great and had everything we needed already in the unit. We would definitely recommend Fred to other renters looking for a reasonable price for an older , but well looked after RV to rent.

RV was awesome for my trip. This 1994 is in excellent condition well cared for. RV is very clean and well maintain. Fred has been wonderful to communicate with, both before trip and during trip. I highly recommend anyone to rent RV from Fred. He cares about his vehicles and it shows. Strong engine, awesome AC, bed is very comfortable, you will sleep like a baby. Plenty of dishes and extras to get started. Lots of storage compartments. Not sure if it has bike rack as mentioned in RV ad there was none that I could see. Maybe check with Fred if you need one. I found it great on gas. Pictures posted for RV ad is exactly the way the RV looks inside and out, beautiful 1994! Without any hesitations I will be renting from Fred again. :) Wonderful person, wonderful RV’s! Thank you Fred!
