Caution to others thinking about renting this trailer from Chris. Upon his pick up of the unit, his inspection was fine and without issue with on site. When he gets it back to his property he immediately files a bogus claim about emergency cleaning and ozone remediation, saying, falsely that we had been smoking inside the trailer and that we had tracked dirt and debris into the unit over the course of the rental.

Would not rent to this guest again. Trailer was returned filthy, with garbage, food, grease and heavily soiled carpets, along with a strong smoke/odour issue that required emergency deep cleaning and several days of ozone treatment.

This is the second time renting Chris’ Zinger and it was again a great experience! Chris responded immediately when we asked questions and delivered and picked up the trailer as exactly the times agreed to. The trailer is exactly as advertised, the master bed mattress is excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen. This is a beautiful RV and we highly recommend it.

The camper is lovely and new and very spacious . Master bedroom bed is especially top quality. Kitchen very well stocked. And Chris is extremely conscientious and responsive. We would certainly rent again.

This guy is just mad because he left a mess and got charged extra cleaning and extra delivery for failing to remove trees so I could get trailer out I offer a 5 star experience and any other renter will tell you this sorry you felt because of your actions I deserve a 2 star
