RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! WOULD GIVE ZERO IF COULD! DO NOT RENT!!!!!! IF RENT BRING OWN SPARE TIRE!!!! YOU MAY BE STRANDED!!!!!!If you rent from this host WOULD NOT SUGGEST IT, don't expect them to help you out in ANY WAY. THEY will not answer the phone, and you will be ON YOUR OWN if anything goes wrong. We rented this trailer from this "host" and when we were on coming home from our trip a tire blew. Thankfully we were able to get to the side of the road safely thankfully. My husband changed the spare tire and when putting it on discovered it was COMPLETLY FLAT. I tried to contact the "host" via the emergency number he had to inform the spare was flat and no response. I then sent message on outdoorsy and after quite some time the only response was that is was a NEW tire and essentially accusing us of lying. (see spare picture below of not only NOT a new tire, bald and writing on it like it was from a used yard. No matter what we said he stood by it was NEW. after communication he told us several times to essentially not his problem and contact Outdoorsy. Thankfully they were kind and because i purchased extra coverage they would call road side assistance for us. Understand, my child, dog husband and I are on the side of the road and stranded partly because they didn't provide a adequate spare the "host" begins to text me about how they will be charging me a extra fees for being late. We are still on the side of road. When talking to the Outdoorsy repetitive they informed me that the host had already called and accused me of making story up to get more time. "host" never ask if we were of or any other questions. Traffic emergency services came by and said they CAN NOT put air in the tire the "host" provided because it was the wrong kind of tire for the trailer and would not hold the weight. SO... not only was it flat, it would even work with air in it. It would be a DANGER to fill up. waited more hours for Les Schab to show up hoping they had a different answer.. they did not. They said only way to get back on the road was to spend over $214.97 to get a tire. They noted in receipt the spare could not be used. (thank god the outdoorsy insurance picked up the service part) I message host about the new tire and the coast and all he said back was "you better have the "spare I provided pumped up before return of I will charge you". He refused to pay for the new tire that was eventually (after waiting a half of day on side of freeway) put on his trailer. once returned way later that same night "host" went on and on how he didn't even need to provide the spare to rent out anyways. He immediately submitted for me to pay an extra night for the late return. IT WOULD NOT have been late of had a spare tire. When we submitted claims through outdoorsy for reimbursement for the tire. He made up claims that under the trailer fabric ripped. He was clearly trying to make up something to charge to get out of buying HIS trailer a tire. Our flat tire had zero contact with the under carriage. NOTE: Outdoorsy was great help, they have continued to be great, rent from then... just NOT this "host". BEYOND AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
