The hosts were very nice and genuinely tried to help with some of the issues we encountered. We did not realize that the water heater is propane only, not shore power, so never got it working properly. The refrigerator only started working after turning on the propane that apparently the previous renters had turned off, though it is supposed to work on shore power. We suggested they provide a level and leveling blocks as not every RV spot will be level when you drive in. Also would need to add to the FAQ as to how to level the unit. The FAQ should be changed to be specific to the unit being rented.

Our host, Obi, was wonderful. Outdoorsy, not so much. Communication between us and the host was great, we did have some "big bumps" along the way and he was great in helping us through those as best as he could. For the parts of the situation dealing with outdoorsy was horrific. All their insurances and extras don't cover anything. Obi, 👍👍. Outdoorsy, do better.
