Camper is in great condition and communication with the host was swift and helpful. The host also was open to modifying for a delivery, no questions asked. We have high cleanliness standards and had to sweep/clean out the camper, including all mattresses, to get rid of hair, food, and crumbs prior to bringing any of our belongings in. Otherwise, we highly recommend!

Alexander responded quickly, but the RV was full of dirt and had a really strong sewer smell. Our 550W generator was not big enough to run the AC in the RV.

Great car and the rental experience couldn't have been better! Directions for pickup and delivery were very clear and simple. Our next trip will definitely include the 'High Flying' team!

The RV rental was clean an worked well for our purposes. We had it delivered to a compground and that went well. It was hooked up when we arrived. They responded promply to all communication.

Trailer is in amazing shape. Very simple to tow. Alexander was an amazing host. Very informative. Would definitely recommend this trailer to anyone looking to get away!

Alexander was awesome! He delivered the trailer to our spot at Pleasant Harbor and set it up so it was nice and cool when we got there. Plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable.

RV was dropped off promptly, but filthy. It took a whole pack of Swiffer pads to clean the floor and there was dirt on the walls as well as bugs in the shower and smelled like sewage. At the beginning of our reservation, the owner was easy to communicate with and promptly fixed a water leak that sprung up. Towards the end of our reservation, a sewage blockage began to gave us trouble. We were told by the septic pump people that it appeared that we were provided with non-RV toilet paper and that's what caused the blockage and prevented the tank from emptying properly. The owner became difficult to communicate with and it took 2 days for him to send someone who could resolve the septic issue, leaving us without a properly functioning toilet. We received no notice when the technician was coming or when he was done and the problem was resolved. At the conclusion of our reservation, we received notice from Outdoorsy that the majority of our deposit was claimed without any explanation. Before the reservation, we had agreed on the propane use being charged afterwards, but that should have been just a nominal amount. We are still working with Outdoorsy to get back our deposit.
