Initially, the communication with Jodie was timely. In the week leading up to the rental, responses to my messages were taking several days. On the day of the rental, Jodie moved the rental time up by 2 hours, which forced us to rush home from work in order to meet her driver at the campsite. We were given a quick tour, but no written instructions. The trailer was minimally equipped and there was essentially an extra cost for everything. We felt like we were being nickel and dimed (unlike the other trailers we have rented previously). On the first morning, the fridge stopped working and never worked. Unfortunately, our food spoiled and we had to throw it out. We were later told that it was an electric fridge, but surely it should have lasted longer than 16 hours? Following the rental, we were charged $50 for a curtain rail that appeared loose and needed to be screwed back into the roof. This was not caused by us and again shows how we’ve been nickel and dimed with this rental.

We had the best time renting this trailer from Jodie! It was the perfect size for our family of four and had everything you needed. Pick up and drop off was very smooth, the owners are very knowledgeable and informative. This trailer was very clean upon pick up and everything worked 100%. Would reccommend this trailer to anyone! Also great location for pick up and drop off! Thank you

We had an amazing camping trip. This trailer is in excellent condition, and it is extremely clean. Communication with the host was great, and overall, it was a great experience. We will definitely be renting this trailer again :)

We had a fantastic experience renting this RV trailer! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed — from cozy pillows and kitchen paper to fun board games that kept our family entertained.

Super easy to communicate with and very helpful in getting set up for the trip. Had a small issue with the fridge not getting very cold. No way to predict that would happen in the owners part and they stated they would have it looked at right away. I would/will rent from these owners again.
