Camper was okay. $750 deposot is much higher than others. . But makes sense when they try to rip you off after. The renter gave it to us with the gray tank showinf 2/3 full amd told us to empty ot if it got full.?! Then they told us we were not allowed to use the canopy which was a big negative. the outdoor grill was not working/ connected. After the trip, we made sure to clean the camper and follow all of their instructions for dumping and cleaning. Making sure to dump it and flush it as they requested. The host Still charged excessive fees totaling near $300. For dumping? They also charged for floors not swept, and a dirty fridge, sink, and toilet (completely false and no evidence provided)

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify: the tanks were verified empty at pickup, and photos provided to renter show they were returned 2/3- full, and upon dumping by host the waste and food (which should never be put in kitchen drains as instructed) proceeded to pour out verifying they had not been dumped. Photos were also provided showing the camper left unclean, with urine and hair in the toilet, food and dirt in the sink and fridge, and unswept floors. Cleaning supplies and instructions were provided, and the related fees were outlined in the rental agreement and discussed at departure. The outdoor grill is fully functional—directions were provided, but the connection tag was never removed showing it was never attempted to be connected. The canopy was not restricted from use, only cautioned due to its large size and potential for wind damage. We work hard to ensure every renter receives the camper clean and ready for use, and expect it returned in the same for the next renter! :)

Lindsay was great, got us all set-up and prepared to hit the road! With camper clean and fully loaded with all the essentials as advertised, the five of us staying in the camper had a very memorable extended weekend and can't wait for our next one!!

Host was awesome. Very friendly and helpful with the walkthrough and flexible on pickup times. Camper was clean well stocked, and well cared for. Propane had a small leak which was very minor inconvenience but we didn’t need it anyways. Would definitely rent this camper again.
