6-star trip!!
We had a great time, loved our little "home away from home" in Rick's RV. 3 kids and a small dog fit perfectly for our three week trip to Colorado...and we couldn't have enjoyed it more! Rick was super-helpful making sure I was comfortable with the rig, knew where all the features were, and even let me borrow a hitch and sway bar that made the drive easier. I pulled the travel trailer with an Audi Q7 (I have a brake controller), and it drove like a dream. Would totally recommend Rick's RV--friendly owner, well-maintained rig, easy to use and drive---perfect for a small family and pet. LOVED IT!!!

Mr. Blank was highly communicative which was fantastic and highly appreciated and he has done some very nice customizing inside the unit.Mr. Blank was very apologetic about us having to unset the unit, take it back to town for dumping and drive back and reset the unit.
We continued to have severe septic odor problems with the unit, so were unable to use it.
We purchased & used Commando black tank & sensor cleaner along with TST Max black tank treatment tabs which did help the odor.
We left a package of treatment tabs in the camper for the next renter.
For the purpose of appearing we had company rather than appearing no one was home during some home construction, the camper served its' purpose.
I would like to have been able to use the camper for a shower and some sleep over the course of 9 days.

Rick was helpful from start to finish. He was available and responsive to all messages and helped out every step of the way. Would definitely work with him again. Oh yeah the camper was awesome as well. We had a great time with no issues whatsoever.

1st time renter, outstanding individual and RV trailer. Took time to explain and show trailer set up. Provided all essentials for camping trip Super clean and excellent price we will be renting again.
