It seems that September was not the month to rent this camper. I see now there was a review earlier in September that was really bad. Well the shower was dirty. The Stove and oven did not work The Television in the main area did not work. I must say the Young Man who delivered the camper was nice and tried to help but it was to little to late. The camper should come to me clean with everything working if not it should be repaired on the spot. I would never rent this camper again. I also believe i should recieve a partical refund for the items tha did not work.

This was the worst rental experience. Trailer was delivered FILTHY. Spent 2 hours cleaning before we could move our stuff in. Traveled from CA to TN for a race and to celebrate my MIl 80th birthday. Was told that the tanks had been dumped and sensors were wrong. Found out on the second shower that the sensors were in fact working. The shower backed up on us and we had to spend the rest of the trip sleeping in a trailer with other peoples waste and had to walk in the heat and dark to use the public showers all weekend. Fridge bins were dirty with mold and all blankets and linens were thrown on the couch still damp, for us to use. Could have overlooked all of it had the grey and black tanks had been emptied like we were told. Sending my 80 year old MIL to walk to the showers in the heat and humidity of TN in August when we paid for a trailer to be delivered so we wouldn’t have to do that was beyond frustrating.
