The entire front end of this rv shook so bad half the dash is rattling apart and it is so bad over the littlest bumps a window shade fell off hitting my mother in the head. I took video of the how bad it is and sent it to my former RV mechanic when I was GM at Holiday RV in Key Largo. They were shocked. The problem was I was Headlining a show in Nashville and couldn't get another RV. It was horrible and they didn't tell me about how bad it is until after I paid and went to pick up the RV. That's when they told me the front end shakes bit it's normal. Nothing normal about it. It is unsafe, and so loud you cant hear the person next to you. I do not recommend getting this RV due to the deception of the owners and the horrible condition of the suspension. The entire time driving was stressful, loud and made all of us feel unsafe.
Then they have the nerve to charge me another 55 dollars. Im disputing the entire charge.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take the safety and condition of our RV very seriously. We were not aware that the front-end vibration had reached the severity described prior to this rental. Once notified, we took the concern seriously and began looking into it. We would never knowingly rent an RV with a safety issue.

The host was great! Will definitely rent from them again if needed. The RV was wonderful and felt like camping in luxury. 6/5 stars.

We had a wonderful experience with this RV rental. The owners took the time to meet us, walk us through how everything worked, and answer all of our questions before our trip. Kailee was incredibly responsive whenever I reached out, which made the entire process stress-free.

This RV has everything you need for state park glamping, tailgating and family entertaining. The owner Kailee was so great to work with and super fast with relies and needed advice along the way. She went out of her way with phone calls and follow up to make sure any and all issues got handled. Class A RV, class A service and support. Thank you for helping make a fantastic and memorable experience.

My mom and I had a great weekend camping trip in this RV! Neither of us are very outdoorsy and being able to rent an RV short term was perfect for us. Kaylee made it a great and easy experience. The RV was spacious and easy to use and navigate even as first timers! I would definitely recommend!
