Altay RV was the best RV experience we have ever had as a family. We have been on many trips with different RVs before and this one surpassed our expectations. I went on a trip with my family of four. There was enough space for all of us and the pop-up was super fun. My kids enjoyed going up there and having there own place to sleep. Ecenur and her husband were very communicative. They respond very quickly and were always available during our trip. They even gave us there personal phone number in case the app didn’t work. They were super flexible on pick up and return. We picked up early morning around 8 AM and dropped off at 4 PM. The husband explained how the motor and the car worked fully. They gave us an hour explanation and took the time to show us how everything worked. Which was awesome because this type of RV had different functions we didn’t know about. The inside and outside were extremely clean and well kept. They had a bunch of amenities with no extra charge. Inside was stocked with blankets, sheets, and kitchen supplies. Everything worked perfectly. The A.C., fridge, microwave & stove worked great! We would absolutely book again with Altay RV. Thanks for everything!
