Pick-up and drop off were easy. The unit itself was nice and clean. Would have been higher rated except for the battery wasn't working - which wasn't great because we need the power to run the furnace (was at a site without power), so we froze overnight. I'm sure that will be fixed for the next renter.

Tracy was great to work with, responded quickly, was accommodating with pickup times and answered all our questions
