The trailer had expired tabs, had a family of nesting chipmunks in the trailer, had old food still in the refer and the battery was completely dead making in obnoxious to sleep in with the low battery and CO2 sensor constantly beeping.

Overall, we had a great weekend in this camper! It was recently used and still dirty from the previous trip, but it was obvious that it’s usually well taken care. The trailer didn’t have all the amenities listed, like camp chairs, but it seemed like had we noticed and asked prior to departure they would have gladly supplied them. Very nice folks, would rent trailer again!

Our family had a great time in this trailer. The trailer was well kept and we experienced very little issues. We found the owners to be quite nice and very communicative. We would rent from them again.

Listing included a generator, trailer did not have on upon pick up. Had to borrow one from a friend as our site had no hook ups. Listing said paper products would be included, no toilet paper was present, had to make a trip to buy special RV TP. Propane tank was empty upon pickup, we were asked to return it full. Camping chairs were to be provided per listing, they were not. Before we left, we connected the trailer to water and electric at home and discovered the water pump broken even when plugged into electricity, water did not work unless actively hooked up to water source. Hot water heater did not work. Fridge beeped at night even when propane tank was verified to be full. Sink leaks, everything in cabinet below sink gets wet if you use the sink (which was difficult with no running water due to broken pump, our campsite had no hookups). Also, the cast iron griddle was so caked in rust that my husband had to use an electric sander to clean it and then it needed to be reseasoned. Tried to contact owner about issues, unable to reach via phone, difficult to fix these problems via texting. The fridge handle broke and the hot water heater cover fell off during the drive. I suggested that we call it even cost wise, altho honestly felt we were due a refund given the condition of the trailer. Instead, I am being charged $100 for damages. I definitely do not recommend this trailer if you don't have a site with hookups but honestly would never rent it again regardless.

First time renting a pop up camper and using outdoorsy. Couldn’t have been easier. Camper was in good shape and had no issues. Overall we had a great camping experience. The Fezzas were friendly and thorough in explaining how everything worked prior to our trip. Would highly recommend.

We experienced some mechanical difficulties but were able to resolve them after contacting the owner by phone. The trailer was very easy to pull. The owners were very friendly and helpful when we needed it. The unit was in very good shape. Comfortable to sleep in. No TV and no BBQ.

The Fezzas were great and the trailer was in excellent condition and easy to haul. We're glad they included the owner's / operations manual in the trailer as we referred to it several times. We will rent from them again!
