It was the second time we reserved the Van from Rachel, and it was just as good as the first time.

The van was just right for our 5 night rental to visit the east side of the Sierra to see the fall colors. We rented specifically because the van has a heater which worked great and was perfect to stay toasty while getting ready in the morning and during a brief snowstorm. We also appreciated the unlimited miles as there was a lot of driving involved. Rachel is very laid back, friendly and easy to rent from. The van is comfortable, pleasant to drive and fully equipped with what we needed.

The van drove well and it was so comfortable and homey. We loved the decor, amenities and Rachel made it easy for pick up and drop off. We camp often with a tent or a rack pop up tent but a very warm and comfy space made sleep so much more restful. Would rent again whenever we’re in Northern California. Would highly recommend this experience!

The van was amazing. We have rented many vans over the years and this was our best experience.

Very comfortable bed, and very easy to drive. Rachel was super easy to communicate with; pickup and drop off were easy. All in all, a great first experience renting a van!

This van was absolutely fantastic! Extremely comfortable, drove really well and was well equipped.
The host Rachel was an absolute pleasure to deal with and very responsive to all questions.
The bed was the most comfortable van bed I've slept in.
Rachel included really lovely conveniences in the van including pepper & Himalayan salt, avocado oil, peanut butter, a first aid kit, organic tampons and pepper spray (I was a woman travelling alone so it was a nice assurance to have this available), nice linen, towels etc
The cookware and plates/cutlery/etc were great.
The van has both a 20L water dispenser for drinking water and tank water for washing up etc.
When I had the van, unfortunately the fridge was glitching but Rachel was really responsive and we got it sorted out quickly and easily.
I really loved my stay in the van and ended up extending it because I loved it so much!

My whole experience renting this van was a dream come true. Rae, the host, has thought of every last comfort you could imagine and was responsive and accommodating from start to finish. This isn't just a utility van, it's a sanctuary! The added touches of the curtains, the extra pillows were perfect. The freedom that it provides to travel, but remain in the comfort of your own space, is just hands down the best way to travel. I'm never renting a hotel again! I highly recommend and would definitely rent again from Rae.
