Katie was great ... We rented travel trailer for 9 days and it was 100 plus outside. She was checking in on us to make sure ac was working. She made sure my family had a great time. When she picked trailer up I got to meet her family. She has very sweet kids and her husband was so nice. We for sure will be renting from them again. I wish I could give them a 10 star rating.. But it will only let me give them 5 star...
