Mark was super helpful. A week before our trip he reached out to ask us if we had any questions and helped us figure out what to pack to be prepared. The day before he confirmed details with us and as well as the day we departed to be mindful of our experience. The camper came with every amenity possible. foil, bug spray, pots, pans, coffee maker, bowls, etc. There was some technical trouble with the fridge and heater that we spoke to him about which he is making right.
