The RV itself was beautiful, clean, and in great shape. The host was also responsive and flexible with our travel dates, which we truly appreciated on the front end.
However, as first-time RV renters, the return experience was very disappointing. We accidentally mixed up the hoses and stored them in the wrong compartments. We immediately apologized and even offered to cover the mistake, sending money via Zelle to make it right. Despite this, the host remained short and rude with us, which made the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable.
We were also charged for not dumping the black tank—even though we did dump it properly and had the RV park manager double-check our work before leaving, since we are new to RVing and wanted to be sure everything was correct.
Overall, the RV itself is excellent and would be great for experienced renters. But if you’re new to RV travel, this host may not be the best fit, as she expects a level of experience and perfection that beginners simply don’t have. Because of that, we wouldn’t rent from her again.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the RV and found it clean and comfortable. I do want to clarify a few points for future renters. Before departure, I provided a full walkthrough, a detailed instructional video, and an easy-to-read manual inside the RV. I also encouraged you to reach out anytime, and responded promptly whenever you contacted me. At return, several items were not handled according to our signed requirements, including mixed hoses stored in the wrong compartments and the waste tank showing a 2/3 level. I pointed out the indicator lights during check-in and again at return, and these standard fees were disclosed prior to your trip. You agreed to cover the related costs and sent a partial Zelle payment, which I refunded so all charges could be processed through Outdoorsy as required. I’m always happy to support first-time renters, and clear communication helps ensure a smooth experience for everyone. I appreciate that you enjoyed the RV and wish you well.

Thank you Adrienne!! The RV is really nice loaded with everything you need just bring your personal items, clothing, etc. The host had provided everything else! Great working with Adrienne looking forward to renting from her again I highly recommend renting this camper will not be disappointing
