Jonathan and his brothers almost ruined my road trip. We still don't know who was responsible, I've been talking to three different people, who were not transparent, were unfriendly, and at times quite disrespectful. No apology, no introduction, and no prior information about any of the issues. One of the brothers simply handed me the keys and wished me a good trip. It wasn't until later that I discovered all of the problems myself. (To be fair, I don't particularly blame him. He seemed quite new to the business and appeared to have little more information than I did.)NEGATIVE THINGS:
1) CAR
• The windshield was cracked directly in front of the driver's line of sight, making driving uncomfortable.
• The driver's window didn't work.
• The trunk wouldn't stay open (I hit my head on it at least 20 times).
• The rear left door didn't lock with the central locking system, leaving my belongings unsecured until I discovered it.
2) LISTED EQUIPMENT About 80% of the listed equipment was missing (water tank, cooler, propane, pot, spatulas, blackout curtains, lantern, coffee kettle, etc.).
On the first day, I had to spend an extra two hours with one of the brothers searching for camping equipment in a storage area somewhere in the forest. After that, I still had to buy many items myself. They eventually reimbursed most of the costs, but only after numerous texts and reminders, and without any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
3) CAR BREAKDOWN In the middle of the trip, a loud noise started coming from the engine. The power steering fluid was empty due to a leak. I had to buy fluid and refill it daily during the final part of the trip.
In a normal situation, mechanical problems can happen and are sometimes unavoidable. However, in this case, it reflected a clear lack of maintenance and care for the vehicle.
4) MILEAGE LIMIT Jonathan (whom I’ve never met in person) tried to tell me that the daily mileage limit was 150 km rather than the 150 miles stated on the app. According to him, this was due to an issue with the app that prevented him from entering "km". In my opinion, this seems more like an attempt to encourage guests to drive less and reduce wear and tear on the vehicle.

Jonathan was very nice and responsive before and during the trip. The reason for the 3 stars was the quality of the van.

I loved camping in this van, it was so cute and cozy, perfect for a solo trip. It drove well, no issues. It was even more equipped than I had expected with nice touches like camp chairs, a space heater, toilet paper, bear spray etc. Kitchen was fully stocked and the cooker worked great. Jonathan was really easy going and accommodating with pick up and drop off, great communication throughout. Would definitely rent it again!

Highly recommend this camper to anyone looking to road trip. Super reliable and Jonathan was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout the trip.
