We’re sorry the experience did not meet your expectations, but it’s important to clarify the facts for future renters.
The delayed delivery was not our responsibility. The required identity verification through Outdoorsy was not completed on time, and without approval the RV cannot legally be released. The platform also experienced technical issues that day, which were beyond our control.
At pickup, we requested a full inspection so photos could be taken to protect both parties, but this was not completed.
Return timing and extra hours are subject to platform policies, not solely our discretion.
The RV was returned with exterior damage and missing connections. Our listing clearly states no generator is included and that black and gray tanks must be returned empty and clean. Cleaning service is available for an additional fee, as outlined in the agreement.
