Acerca de Darrell Johnson
We are retired and enjoy our home in WNC with our honeybees, chickens and garden but like to get away several times a year to visit state and national parks. Sunshine, our flatcoat retriever, tolerates camping but she loves meeting new people and even made friends with the bison and elk at Yellowstone.

We had a wonderful trip in the RV. Definitely would recommend renting from Darrell. He was responsive and assisted us with the minor issues that we ran into. The beds are super comfortable, and the RV handles really well given its size. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again in the future.

We had a very good experience, and I recommend both the vehicle and the host. The RV was very easy to drive, with an engine powerful enough to deal with the hills near us and hum along with no downshifting on the overpasses that are about the only hills in Florida. With the spike in gas prices, we were paying roughly $.50/mile, but that's the cost of taking your home with you. We appreciated the rather generous 150 mile/day allowance. The inside is well laid out and comfortable, though I recommend bringing along mattress toppers, which we always do. Our only complaint was that the TV wasn't hooked up to the cable connection, though I believe Darrell will take care of that. He has a handy hookup for plugging in a phone, though it turns out that some download services recognize a new device when you plug in to the TV and refuse to show the movie--something I'll look into further before relying on downloads.

The owners are generous and incredibly organized and helpful. The RV is clean, stocked with helpful basics and comfortable. We had a great trip.
