The owners were a little slow in returning messages but all worked out.
There was a communication problem with the pick up and a charge to our account that should not have been there.
They explain in the listing that you are responsible for dumping the tanks, which I understand if you pick up the RV, however we had it delivered so we had no way to empty the tanks. Before contacting us about the tanks they automatically charged us for that. When I was contacted by them asking if I had been told about emptying the tanks I told them it was not possible because they delivered the RV to us. They then reversed the charges but I felt the communication was lacking and we should have been contacting before the charges were made. There description should have included a charge for a dumping fee if that was the case.

This host dropped off the trailer full with full
black water tanks, when we pointed that out, they removed it and then claimed that we had returned it early, thus attempting to keep the money. In addition to the fact that I was charged for a trailer that I never had the chance to even use, they had the audacity to try and file a claim against me due to damage that the trailer sustained while the host was transporting it! They will attempt to steal your money!! Do not risk it, choose another host, and another camper.
