The host was welcoming and helpful. They gave us a full tour of the trailer and answered all our questions. We started the trip knowing everything we needed to know and the host was responsive to questions we sent during the trip. It was our first time renting a trailer and the host made it a pleasure to do. The trailer was perfect for us and had what we needed including storage space, utensils, plates, and pots and pans.
