Communication was excellent and fast. I would rent again based on that alone. Was clean. The listing is pretty inaccurate for example it said it didn’t have basic things like an oven when in fact it does.. mechanical has the lowest rating because the door latch was faulty, and I got locked out of the RV and the step extender doesn’t come down. However Joshua, the listing host is so responsive and attentive I imagine he would fix these things before the next rental. I felt he was very honest throughout the transaction.

Great experience. Five Stars across the board. We had minor user error getting the generator running. Host answered every call. Great communication. Easy seamless pick-up and drop-off. The first night, we called at 9 o'clock for a minor user error genny issue. Got it running lickity split. I will say the A/C's were overtaxed mid day. they did the most they could with the heat of the day, but they weren't able to keep up with 100° heat. I do think shade would of fixed that so still 5 stars, but our site was full sun. All in all, great experience. Highly recommend the Jayco for a trip.

Joshua’s RV was great. We had a wonderful cross country trip to the Grand Canyon. The only negative we experienced was the seats and arm rests were more worn than the pictures showed but seats covers definitely helped. Overall, we would rent again!

Our trip spending time with family and exploring was awesome. RV was spacious and served it's purpose. I would strongly recommend checking every inch before accepting the keys and driving off. The RV was not clean upon pick-up. Sink was extremely dirty, counter tops and shelving where sticky, trash can was full, and the stove had crumbs from the previous renter. Before and during rental host was available for questions with good response time. Now that it's been returned and I've received extra miscellaneous charges I'm unable to reach host to get an explanation. Rent at your own risk
