Acerca de The happy Glamper

I’ve spent a lifetime exploring Colorado’s diverse landscapes, from the hidden alpine lakes of the San Juans to the red rock canyons of the Western Slope. For me, camping is more than just a hobby; it’s a way to reconnect with nature and find peace under the stars. Over the years, I’ve fully embraced the RV lifestyle, transitioning from simple tent camping to the freedom of a "home on wheels." As a passionate RV host on Outdoorsy, I now share that love of the Colorado wilderness with others. I take pride in providing a well-maintained, adventure-ready vehicle so my guests can experience the magic of the Rockies with the same comfort and ease that I do. There’s nothing better than a Colorado sunrise hitting the peaks while the coffee brews, and I’m thrilled to help fellow travelers kickstart their own mountain memories.

Loved our trip. Camper was fully stocked. Owners gave full comprehensive breakdown that we recorded. We took it to SD for a week and it did so well. Pictures in listing do not do this camper justice for how cute it is inside. Will rent again.

It was a pleasure to work with Ashley and Michael. RV was well stocked and they were very thorough with their instructions at drop off. Ashley is very responsive. We had a wonderful trip and will rent from them again in the future.

We were excited to take our granddaughters on an adventure. Once we arrived at our campground, we realized several items missing for an enjoyable trip. I texted our host to let her know there was only 3 utensils (spoons, forks, knives and cups). There were four of us on the trip. The coffee maker did not work, nor were there any coffee cups. There was only 1 pot - no frying pans. The hosts response was “Omg!!! I just realized I forgot to put the bucket back in the RV I took it all out to get cleaned”. No apologies just Omg.. This caused us to have to incur more expenses to eat out as there was a fire ban at the campground. The next day we noticed the grey water holding tank was cracked (apparently before we rented the RV). The host reply “it looks like the grey water? Everything is covered”. I took it as her implying we cracked it. Again, it was cracked before we rented the unit. Also, the host allowed us to use her outdoor kitchen, however there was no gas for the outdoor kitchen - we bought gas for it but when we tried to connect the gas, we noticed a piece missing and could not connect the gas. I again texted the host that we were very disappointed and wanted a partial refund for the extra expenses incurred. When we brought the RV back we spoke to the hosts husband about these issues and again requested a partial refund for the extra expenses we incurred eating out. To date, the host has not responded to my request for a partial refund.
