TLDR: great host, trailer, and experience.Jess was very responsive to the many questions we had as this was our first time renting an Aliner as we wanted to try one out as we were thinking of buying one. She was a great host and was proactive in letting us know about an electrical issue a week before the trip which we were able to find a solution around. We spent 5 nights at the Grand Canyon North Rim Campground and had a blast despite the first 3 nights it rained heavily. We can confirm it did not leak and the furnace kept us warm. The beds were comfortable and the trailer was well equipped. We had some issues getting the trailer hooked up due to our spare and she was more than accommodating in getting us hooked up and on our way after we tried several things and finally just took the spare off.
