We absolutely loved this RV! It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family of four. We took it beach camping in North San Diego County and had an amazing time.

The trailer itself was clean, comfortable, and worked well for our family during our stay. However, our experience after checkout was disappointing. This was a delivered, stationary rental, and we washed the dishes, removed the trash, and wiped down the counters before leaving. We were not provided cleaning supplies or hookups to perform a more extensive cleaning at the campsite, yet we were later charged an additional cleaning fee from our security deposit.
We were also charged for a window screen that the host later told us he repaired himself. Combined with the additional cleaning charge, this resulted in an unexpected deduction from our deposit despite our efforts to leave the trailer in good condition.
The host appears to be newer to RV rentals, and I think clearer communication about checkout expectations and potential post-trip charges would make the experience much better for future guests.
We were also charged for a window screen that the host later told us he repaired himself. Combined with the additional cleaning charge, this resulted in an unexpected deduction from our deposit despite our efforts to leave the trailer in good condition.

The additional cleaning fee was applied because the trailer required more cleaning than a standard turnover. This included food left in the stove, sink, and fridge, spills and debris on the kitchen cabinets and floors, excess sand in the shower, and used tissues left in the bedding. We do provide basic cleaning supplies—including paper towels, disinfectant wipes, and a broom and dustpan—for our guests’ convenience. The charge for the window screen was the result of damage that occurred during the rental. Although I repaired it myself, there was still time and labor involved.

Jevon was awesome. Super communicative and responsive, easy to work with, helpful at every step and extremely flexible with pick up and drop off. He topped everything up for us and even dumped after which was clutch.
