Kelli was a great Noovo Plus owner to work with. All communications were timely, direct, informative, and professional. The van is extremely well maintained and her walkthrough at time of pickup was excellent and nonintimidating. Between the personal walkthrough and the well-organized info binder, I was put at ease as a first-time user right from the beginning. I highly recommend

Solar and alternator kept us well charged. Never had to plug in during 8 day rental. Refrigerator and freezer were very spacious

Kelli is a joy to work well. She communicates very well. She is very attentive via text or phone when I had questions about the vehicle while traveling. The vehicle is in new condition, pristine and many unexpected supplies & amenities were provided. Very well equipped kitchen. All systems were in good working order. Starlink was included and worked well when open sky was present.

Kelli, the owner of Faith, was always available to answer our questions before, during and after our trip. Faith was equipped as described in listing plus much more. No need to bring anything beyond yourselves. Thank you Kelli for being a wonderful host. I know our paths will cross again!!
