Hello we are the Steadman's and we hope that you'll love our RV as much as we do. We've owned this 2017 Outback for almost a year already. Time flies when you're having FUN! We full-timed for 5 months and made it through 15 stated and 15,000 Miles!! What an amazing experience. Please email us with any questions. We rented the pop up for 2 weeks. What a treat having it delivered, set up and ready for us. The beds were perfect. The kids each had plenty of room for their lovies and they weren’t as uncomfortable as I figured they’d be. Mattress were fine. My whole plan was stay outdoors as much as possible and the size of the camper helped keep everyone outside. The air conditioner worked as it should. We couldn’t figure out the door window so it stayed up. Which was again fine. The storm was huge and the camper kept us dry. It handled the wind really great. My idea of the better beds versus a large camper paid off as I was hoping. We had no bathroom but I brought a porta potty. It worked well between the benches. Kids were happy to have it at night. We had our privacy curtains.
The camper did for me and my vacation exactly as I’d hoped.
Then when my vacation was over it was broke down, put away and taken away. This was such a relief to have this taken care of for me.
I’d recommend this little camper for simplicity. It’s just a nice twin bedroom. We never used the sink, stove but thank goodness for the fridge. Kept the food cold. Not a fan of being so low but that’s how they are. We had a refrigerator and micro from home so it was all good.
I’m definitely excited about next year already. I rent because it gives me a chance to see what camper will be perfect for me.
Everyone was so good to me and gave me breaks on cost because I camp 2 weeks. That’s so appreciated.
I will be back here as soon as I can book my next vacation at Jorden Poplar Point Campground.

Popup is in good condition for age. Just a little mildew on the inside window covers. Pickup was easy. James was very helpful. Tows well and setup was easy enough. Return was a little more complicated because I didn’t have the code for the gate to the community.

The pop-up was an easy tow and setup. It kept us dry during a heavy rain and the a/c kept us cool during the 90 degree heat. The owner is awesome and was always quick to respond. Kudos!

A+ in every way.
We really like camping and being outdoors, but are at the point in our lives where we have trouble sleeping on the ground. James popup has everything we were looking for: it was light enough to pull behind our Tahoe, it’s simple and easy to manage for our first popup. Communication with James was easy and clear,and he was able to accommodate our schedule for pick up and drop off. James was extremely attentive to everything and very generous with his time, making sure we were set.
