Camper looked just like the listing photos. Owner communicated the drop-off and pick-up. Overall good experience.

Overall good, they just didn’t provide any of the touches that make it feel welcoming. This felt more cold and transactional. Not like you’re staying in a camper that someone loves and has used before. The only thing included is silverware. No cups plates or bowls and anything else intentionally placed to make life easier. It seemed like the only things there were things other guest left behind. Very strict rules regarding the awning as well. I just never opened it so that nothing would go wrong. Communication was also no existent

Unfortunately, the owner didn't even provide us the model we rented and missed a key feature we rented the specific model we did not receive.

Arron, We are sorry you feel that you were not provided the correct model of trailer that you rented. However, you rented a 2021 Catalina 271BHSCK. BHSCK stands for Bunk House with a Slide and Camp Kitchen. After reviewing your inspection photos that the driver/delivery person took after set up. You received just that. Our 2021 Catalina 271BHSCK unit just as your reservation states. I think the one thing that may have you believing that you did not get the correct model, is the outdoor kitchen does not have a flat top grill. Instead, it has a two burner stove. You failed to mention this to the delivery person during your walk through, instead, you waited until the second to last day of your stay to make mention of it. While I can see this one small item may change your way of cooking meals a bit, it however does not amount up to a 1/5 Review.

Great size. Very clean. Went out of his way to get us a toaster and gave us a small refund when arrival was a little behind schedule.

Clean. Easy set up & break down. Perfect for family of 4. Has toaster, coffee maker, a couple pans, utensils, dish soap, hand soap, & outdoor rug. Small TV but no WiFi. No cups, plates, ice cube trays, salt/pepper, paper towels, towels, sheets, pillows, & blankets. Also bring outdoor chairs, grill, etc.

Rented a Trailer for a long Halloween camping weekend. Was so easy and convenient for me to rent. Very clean, spacious and easy to do. Will be renting again. Thanks. Entire experience was awesome !!
